Onyx+East Acquires Land for Parkmont, a New For-Sale Community in Liberty Township

Onyx+East, a full-service homebuilder, announces the acquisition of 31.9 acres in Liberty Township, Ohio, for the development of Parkmont, a new 90-home single-family community north of Cincinnati. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2026, with home sales launching in spring 2027.

Designed with Onyx+East’s signature balance of style and functionality, Parkmont will offer a walkable, connected neighborhood layout with timeless architecture, thoughtfully designed streetscapes, and community-focused amenities. The community is planned to appeal to a range of buyers, including families, professionals, and empty nesters seeking low-maintenance living in a connected suburban setting that prioritizes space, design, and lifestyle.

Homes at Parkmont will feature at least three bedrooms, optional first-floor primary suites, 10-foot ceilings, and between 1,862 and 2,900 square feet of finished living space. Homeowners will also have opportunities to personalize their homes with a wide range of floor plan options, including 925- to 1,700-square-foot basements and upgraded outdoor living areas.

Community amenities will include pickleball courts, walking trails, a pavilion, and fire-pit gathering spaces designed to encourage outdoor activity and neighborhood connection.

Liberty Township has become one of the most desirable suburban communities in the greater Cincinnati region, known for its strategic location between Cincinnati and Dayton, highly rated schools, and high quality of life. The area has also experienced rapid residential growth over the past two decades, driving continued demand for new housing options.

Located along the Hamilton Mason Road corridor, Parkmont will be minutes from Liberty Center, a premier mixed-use shopping and entertainment destination.

Parkmont marks the latest expansion of Onyx+East’s growing presence in Ohio. The builder previously launched Everly, a mixed-use community in Cincinnati, and is currently developing several communities throughout the Columbus region, including The Village at Alton Place in Hilliard.
