Purchaser is free to use any lender he/she likes, however the promotional rate is only available with a mortgage loan obtained through Onyx+East’s Lender Partner Fairway Independent Mortgage for this promotion. Purchaser is not required to use Fairway Independent Mortgage for a final mortgage loan commitment. Purchaser is free to shop around and determine that he/she is receiving the best services and best rate for those services.
Onyx+East does not have an ownership interest in or an affiliation with the Lender Partner and is not receiving any consideration from the Fairway Independent Mortgage in connection with this program.
