As Vice President of Acquisitions + Development, Jake leads land acquisition, entitlement, and development in the Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati markets. Jake also supports investor relations, product design and innovation, and overall market strategy.
Over his career, Jake has led the acquisition, entitlement, and development of over 3,200 multi-family and single-family housing units valued at more than $800M. Jake is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute at both the national and local levels. Jake serves as Board Chair of the Executive Advisory Board for the Department of Urban Planning at Ball State University, where he also frequently serves as a guest lecturer and mentor to students. In 2021, Jake was named the Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning’s Graduate of the Last Decade.
Jake is married with two young children. In his free time, Jake enjoys cooking, exercising, spending time outdoors and being active with his family in their church.
