The trillium, native to central Indiana, commonly takes root in the fertile soil of Hoosier forests. Now, a new kind of trillium is in bloom—a community of thoughtfully designed single-family homes tucked alongside the Monon Trail at 199th Street in Westfield. Our Trillium boasts a variety of design choices and lot styles. You’ll also find an abundance of lush landscaping featuring our namesake flower.
