Onyx+East, LLC is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Flora, a new neighborhood of 121 homes set on 17 acres among curated parks and natural areas. The project represents a $61 million investment, adding new housing options in the highly desirable West Carmel submarket.

Approved by the City of Carmel in 2022, the plan includes a mix of four distinct types of homes—single-family courtyard homes, rooftop deck townhomes, pitched roof townhomes and duplexes. The layout of the neighborhood’s streets and trails, the design of the homes and even the choice of materials was carefully planned to integrate with the natural areas. The resulting community provides the opportunity for people to more directly connect to nature where they live, and yet be close to the employment and lifestyle amenities in Carmel and Indy’s northside.
