Onyx+East is introducing its newest community, Fulton, to be available for sale early 2022 in the Chatham Arch historic district in Downtown Indianapolis. Fulton is the result of a collaborative partnership between Onyx+East and Extra Space Storage to redevelop the 1.55-acre block at the southeast corner of North and Fulton Streets, near the eclectic Lockerbie Square.

With prices starting from the $600k’s, Fulton will offer an exclusive collection of home designs to meet the needs of a variety of homebuyers. The four-story brownstones are exceptionally large for this area of Downtown, ranging from 2,441 square feet to more than 2,689 square feet, with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5+ baths. Design features include expansive open floor plans, 10-foot ceilings, chef’s kitchens, rooftop terraces, private two-car garages and optional private elevators. Extra Space Storage will repurpose its existing 95-year-old facility and replace it with a new, 115,000 square-foot building by building vertically on the southern portion of the site, while Onyx+East will invest more than $9 million to construct 17 residential brownstones on the northern portion of the site.
