Onyx+East announces its newest Florida community, Alante, offering luxury townhome living in an ideal St. Petersburg location.

Alante homes come standard with open-concept living spaces, designer kitchens, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood-style flooring, with rooftop terraces and additional upgrades available. Located within Methodist Town an area rich in history, and just steps from the bustling EDGE District, residents of Alante will be in the heart of shopping, galleries, entertainment and restaurants.

The Alante community will include 26 townhomes, consisting of four distinct floor plans. Homes will range from 1,661 to 2,223 square feet, with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 bathrooms and 1-car or 2-car garages.

Additionally, each Alante home will come standard with superior Wi-Fi coverage and will be pre-wired for seamless connectivity with the latest smart home features. Homeowners will be able to control their thermostat, garage and front door locks with just the touch of their cell phone or the sound of their voice.
 
Alante will be located just north of the EDGE District on 15th Street North, just north of Burlington Avenue North. Construction is expected to begin this fall with a model home opening in summer 2022. 
 
Alante is the second Onyx+East new-home community in St. Petersburg. Six Point Row, a 19-home community, sold out in February. In the last two years, Onyx+East also has built and sold out two communities in neighboring Tampa: Views and Fortune 1895. The company currently has three additional townhome projects that will start in Tampa in 2021.
