This year O+E launched a new role, the Experience Leader. All O+E homebuyers are paired with an Experience Leader after they complete thier purchase agreement. No matter where you begin in the process your Experience Leader will be in communication with you and your entire team. Who’s on your team? Besides O+E, your Realtor, Lender, Construction Superintendent, Sales Counselor, and the title company. The Experience Leader helps keep everyone informed through every step we take together. During construction, the Experience Leader will work closely with your Construction Superintendent to make sure you are getting bi-weekly updates on the progress of your new home.
When your home is about 45 days from completion, your Experience Leader will begin the closing process. This is the final stretch! Your Experience Leader will be in close communication with you and the other members of your team to make sure we stay on track to close. On the day of closing your Experience Leader will present you with your keys and a special gift. After closing we will stay connected with you by providing warranty services and helping you connect with your neighbors and neighborhood.
Your Experience Leader is there to help guide you through the building and buying process. From the beginning of design and selections to your move-in and warranty period, our goal is to provide you with an amazing experience building and living in an Onyx + East home!
