Onyx+East has held innovation as a core value from day one. From the product we build, the neighborhoods we build in, and the way we interact with our customers and stakeholders, we strive to incorporate innovative ideas and principals in all that we do. To that end, we will be starting a new blog feature on our website called Life’s Address. Life’s Address is our opportunity to update you on the latest happenings in Onyx+East, be it new projects, neighborhoods we like, new local restaurants and shops you should check out, and general information on the market and design trends. 

Like you, we’ve had to adjust to a new reality this week. Having a team that was mobile-ready is serving us well in this transition. We’ve moved even more of our client interactions online, worked with our subcontractors to ensure continuity of construction, and increased our communications throughout our team in Indianapolis and Tampa. Wherever we are working from, we will continue to create new housing products and new opportunities for our clients to live and invest in urban, walkable neighborhoods.
