Onyx+East Recognized as a Top Workplace in Central Indiana

The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by Energage, LLC revealed that Onyx+East is a workplace that prioritizes its employees’ well-being and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation.

The Top Workplaces award recognizes companies that provide a great work environment, opportunities for growth and competitive compensation packages. Energage, LLC, a leading provider of employee engagement surveys, conducted the anonymous survey of Onyx+East’s employees, asking questions about the company’s leadership, career development opportunities, workplace culture and overall job satisfaction.
