Tinner Park West’s townhome model, with its vertical living and attached first-floor garages, is a novel approach for Herron-Morton, typically represented by ornate Queen Anne and Italianate-style architecture, popular around the turn of the century. Key features include private rooftop terraces, homes designed with second entrances to allow for a live/work lifestyle, a linear green-space courtyard and the restoration of a 1900s carriage house.

Near 925, located in Windsor Park east of Downtown, fills a gap by adding residential homes to what has been a typically commercial area in Indianapolis. Near 925 is intentionally designed so its homes could be sold at a more attainable price point, appropriate for the upcoming area, while also having a modern design that melds into the area. Near 925 is located in a walkable, bike-friendly area near the Monon Trail,  Cultural Trail and Spades Park.

Located in Hillside, Millside was one of the first projects to be part of the revitalization east of the Monon Trail and offered an affordable home option near Downtown. By assembling one acre from five different owners, Millside became 23 thoughtfully designed townhomes. Key features of Millside are its on-site dog park, walkability to the Monon Trail and proximity to major employers, local restaurants and nightlife.

Uptown at WestClay was built on the last developable parcel for residential available of 25-year master planned Village of WestClay community. For this project, the architecture team was tasked with creating an art deco style townhome inspired by Floridian homes—a contrast from other Indianapolis-area projects. Key features of Uptown include its modern, open style and its walkability to local shops and restaurants within the charming Village community.

Seven2Seven is our first project featuring private rooftop terraces. Developed on land that was previously a parking lot, Seven2Seven is part of transforming this pocket of Downtown Indianapolis. An intelligently designed community, it’s enhanced by the urban environment in which it sits. Key features of this community are its elegance, walkable access to various Downtown destinations and exceptional skyline views.

The Tinner Park project filled a gap in the heart of the established historic Herron-Morton. The land on which it was developed is located in the center of the neighborhood, though it was extremely underutilized. As part of a master project with Tinner Park West, this community transformed the neighborhood. Tinner Park’s key features include it historic neighborhood charm, linear green-space courtyard and modern, contemporary design. Residents are walkable to nearby local restaurants, shopping and entertainment, while also being surrounded by tree-lined streets and quaint parks.

Switchyard was developed on land that was previously a old warehouse building in an industrial area of Indianapolis which was transitioning to become more residential. Key features of Switchyard are its proximity to some of Indy’s largest employers and its rooftop views. Fletcher Place has become one of the city’s most admired urban neighborhoods. Many say this neighborhood is “Indy’s Best Angle” for its rich history, easy culture and diverse style.

This project was the first project for Onyx+East.

Located in Herron-Morton, 22nd+Alabama was developed on vacant lots on an edge of historic Herron-Morton that had not seen much investment. The four duplex houses all include basements, detached garages and yards. Each building is designed in a unique style intended to stand alone, and some feature rooftops terraces overlooking Downtown Indianapolis. The area offers a great neighborhood in which to live with its walkable access to nearby restaurants along 22nd Street.

Located in Chatham Arch, Park 10 was a frontier project for this area of Downtown, before Bottleworks was built and before Mass Ave. was as developed as it is today. Chosen for its proximity to entertainment, restaurants and the Cultural Trail, this was the first condo project Downtown in more than a decade at the time it was built.

16th+Central is developed on a vacant lot at the entrance to the Old Northside Historic District, marked by an antique clock. Saving the clock was of upmost importance to this community, so the architecture is designed around it. Located just outside the bustle of Downtown, yet close enough to experience it, 16th+Central allows for easy access to urban adventures such as walkable restaurants, entertainment and parks.

The 106 North project was a custom solution for a small, triangular site in the core of Downtown that was previously a parking lot. With its proximity to the Cultural Trail, its architecture included a hardscape plaza and pergola to literally connect the community to the trail. Front doors of the homes in this community are connected to the trail, made possible by working alongside key team members of the Cultural Trail. Another key feature is private garages on the first floor with living areas above.

Views at North Hyde Park provides homeowners a central Tampa location featuring modern architecture and a live-work-play lifestyle that today’s sophisticated buyers desire. Inspired by  its name, each townhome features a private rooftop terrace giving owners a unique viewpoint of the Tampa skyline.
