KELLI LAWRENCE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15+

As CEO, Lawrence leads the development of the strategic vision for Onyx + East.  She is focused on expanding the reach and breadth of Onyx + East within Indiana, Florida and beyond to new markets as well as driving innovation, culture, and execution within the organization.

EXPERIENCE:  Prior to joining Onyx + East, Lawrence served as a partner in multiple full-service development and construction firms specializing in institutional quality multi-family communities throughout the Midwest, helping to grow those companies project portfolios and market reach.  Lawrence has been involved in the development of approximately 4,500 multi-family, for-sale, and rental residential units, valued at more than $750 million, in numerous markets across the Midwest. Lawrence started her career in the public sector, where she served as the long-range planner for the City of Carmel, Indiana.

Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University, with a double major in economics. Subsequently, she achieved a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, majoring in marketing. She has been a volunteer leader in numerous organizations including serving as Chair for the Indiana District Council of the Urban land Institute, Chair of the Riley Children’s Foundation Riley Society Board, and is currently serving as the Chair of the Ball State University Alumni Council.

ANDY LAHR
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15+

As co-founder & CFO, Lahr oversees corporate operations, accounting and finance, investment and asset management, and capital markets.

Lahr has negotiated debt and equity sources to obtain more than $1 billion in financing for mixed-use, commercial, multi-family and for-sale attached and detached projects. He was one of four co-founders of Milhaus, LLC, a vertically-integrated, multi-family and mixed-use real estate operating and investment firm. As the former CFO/COO at Milhaus, he lead the financial and operational expansion from a 4-person to 300-person enterprise across nine markets over an 8-year period, while exponentially increasing profitability and enterprise value throughout that time.

EXPERIENCE: Lahr’s expertise includes accounting and financial management, asset management, debt and investor relations, investment allocation, corporate operations, and strategic direction and oversight. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University with focuses in business management, finance and economics.

DAVID LEAZENBY
VICE PRESIDENT OF ACQUISITIONS
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 20+

As co-founder and Vice President of Acquisitions at Onyx+East, Leazenby leads the pursuit of land, development, and entitlements in the company’s current and future markets. His focus on site selection and planning creates optimum value for each project, its investors, its customers and its neighborhood.

EXPERIENCE: Leazenby has executed roles as developer, owner and consultant throughout his real estate career. His project experience includes the planning and development of more than 12,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space comprising $1.5 billion in total investment. In 2010, he co-founded Milhaus, which has become one of the fastest growing multi-family companies in the United States. He was named to the IBJ’s “Forty Under 40” list and was selected for the Indianapolis Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Program. He earned two bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University in urban planning and development, as well as environmental design.

ERIC JEFFERSON
DIRECTOR OF SALES+MARKETING
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 20+

Jefferson is responsible for lead generation, sales execution and closing coordination. He also serves as a consultant on land acquisition, market research and product development.

EXPERIENCE: Jefferson is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University. He has led sales and marketing efforts for single-family, multi-family and senior living developers in the Midwest and Florida. Throughout his 21-year career, Jefferson has been responsible for 650+ real estate transactions, totaling more than $160 million in volume. His expertise includes strategic sales initiatives, lead generation, market analytics and general real estate consulting.

RYAN HAMMOUDEH
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15+

Hammoudeh leads operational functions, including architecture, purchasing and production services.

He is responsible for helping the team create a forward-thinking plan and elevation designs that meet the diverse lifestyle needs of Onyx+East homebuyers.

JOSH PRESITS
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
15+

Presits is responsible for directing all construction planning and operations at Onyx+East.

His competencies include vertical site construction, process improvement, purchasing, estimating, strategic project planning and individual training and development.

EXPERIENCE: Presits is a United States Army Veteran and a graduate of Purdue University. As a third generation carpenter, he knew from an early age that he wanted a career in homebuilding. He has more than 15 years of experience with high-end custom homes and large-volume production homebuilding. 

EVA GRIBLER
DIRECTOR, MARKET STRATEGY
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 20+

Gribler has extensive experience with consumer insights, strategy development and data analytics.

She is responsible for compiling and evaluating competitive data to provide strategic direction regarding consumer groups, product, pace, price, and location.
